So you are going to Snow College! Let us tell you about Park Place Apartments which is the nicest off-campus college student housing project in the State of Utah. It is directly across the street from Snow College so you will never need to drive to school and fight to find a parking place.

The owners are experienced and have built three student housing projects for SUU students in Cedar City, Utah.

The project is planned for 36 three-bedroom units (2 students per bedroom) and 64 6-bedrooms units (1 student per bedroom). As of January 2007 there are 60 completed units. The Clubhouse is completed. The last 40 units will be built with the growth of Snow College.

The apartments are townhouses with full brick on the front of each building with white fluted columns at each entry way. Without question they will be the most attractive looking college apartments in the State of Utah. You can see the buildings on our website. Each apartment unit is fully furnished and has (1) either 3 shared bedrooms or 6 private bedrooms [each shared bedroom has a separate bathroom (each two private rooms share a bathroom)], walk-in closet for shared rooms or regular closet for private rooms, dresser, night stand (in shared rooms), wall mounted study desk with chair, separate wiring for telephone and Internet, (2) cable t.v., (3) washer and dryer in 32 of the shared room units but not in private room units or other shared room units, (4) standard appliances including microwave and dishwasher, (5) central air (6) upgraded kitchen and bathroom cabinets, (7) wooden levelers on the front windows, and (8) ceramic tile entry way, bathrooms, and kitchen!

The first phase of the project is completed and contains the following amenities: (1) professional landscaping, (2) six-foot fence enclosing project--most of which is a solid white vinyl fence, (3) basket-ball court fully enclosed with 10 foot green chain-link fence, night lighting, and “Gorilla Senior” adjustable standards, (4) enclosed sand volleyball pit with night lighting, (5) park with stream and two beautifull waterfalls, (6) pavillion in park with picnic tables and gas barbeque grill, (7) outdoor lighting, (8) Clubhouse with convenience store, (9) outdoor and indoor hot tub, (10) storage facitities, (11) barbeque facilities, and much more! The clubhouse has an indoor exercise room, tanning beds, hot tub, study room with computers and Internet access, kitchen, gathering and t.v. room, pool table, ping-pong table, foosball table, manger’s office, laundry room, convenience store, and much more! Safety is our major concern. We have a full time manager working in the clubhouse 40 hours a week, night time managers that live in the clubhouse apartment that take care of any problems that arise during the evening hours. The parking lots and walkways are all lighted at night. We do not allow smoking, drugs or drinking. There is a mandatory eviction for anyone caught smoking, drinking, using drugs, or having overnight guests without permission. (We have evicted students every year for violations of these rules. If you plan on breaking these rules do not apply to live in Park Place.) The backside of every building is equipped with motion sensor lighting so that any movement will cause the lights to turn on.

Applications will only be accepted for fall and winter semester unless you are applying for winter semester only. Students will be responsible for their own phone and most utilities.
