ABSOLUTELY
NO SMOKING, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, DRUGS, OR FIREARMS.

No
overnight guests. (Guest must be out by 12:00 midnight
Sunday-Thursday, and 1:30 am Fridays and Saturdays).

Rent
is due at time of move-in or first day of school each
semester, whichever comes first. Advance arrangements
covering rent must be made if you are on a scholarship.
If you want to pay monthly, you must have your parents
sign a guarantee agreement for the rent.

Apartment
must be kept clean and in good repair. Use of clubhouse
is contingent upon passing cleaning checks.

Cost
of any damages caused by student will be paid by student.

- No
paintball guns. Anyone caught with a paintball gun will
receive a $100 fine. Anyone who reports a tenant who is
using a paintball gun will receive a $50 reward.
- Bicycle
racks are provided for each building. No bicycles are permitted
in the Apartments.

Residents
may not use tape (or self-adhesive products) on the
walls.

Those
signing up for the fall agree to stay also for spring
semester. If you
leave Spring semester you must either pay the rent or
find a substitute tenant. We will sell the contracts
for those leaving to serve religious missions as long
as they are willing to waive their deposit and your
religious leader gives Park Place a letter that you
have turned your papers in. For us to sell your contract
for a religious mission you must indicate in writing
at the place provided on your lease agreement at the
time you sign your lease at fall semester.

| By
submitting this application over the Internet, a place will
be reserved for you for up to 10 days, as long as there is
still space available. If your deposit of $250.00 is not received
within 10 days at the following address your reservation will
be cancelled: To keep your reservation you must show up and
pay rent by the first day of school, or call or email to make
arrangements if you will be late. Otherwise, your place may
be given to another. If you ask for a type of room that is
filled up you will be given another room assignment.
