We have an outdoor hot tub, sand volleyball pit, park with picnic table and barbecue grill, clubhouse with tanning beds, Big Screen TV room, pool table, foosball table, and vending machines. These amenities are at Stadium Way, but College Way Tenants have full use of the amenities. The tanning beds are free for College Way tenants (not Stadium Way). College Way is located 1 block from Stadium Way.
